Come to The Dalles during April for this fun festival. The Dalles Murals are a great way to learn the history of The Dalles. Take a walking tour of The Dalles historic downtown district. Fishing in the Columbia River is a great way to spend the day. There are a number of local guides to show you just the right spot. Rafting is only a short drive away. There are a number of guides to take you on a fun and wet adventure. Windsurfing is only 30 minutes away in Hood River. Come experience amazing windsurfing on the Columbia River. Take a lesson from one of the local windsurfing specialists. Wineries & Brew Pubs are located throughout the Gorge. You can take a wonderful wine tour of the Columbia River Gorge. Visit a wonderful winery accross the Columbia in Goldendale called Maryhill Winery.
